FIRE STOPPING

Fire stopping prevents the spread of fire and smoke through fire rated compartment walls and floors. The fire stopping allows occupants to evacuate the building safely and slows down the spread of fire through the building for up to 4 hours. CAVITY FIRE BARRIERS

Cavity fire barriers are generally installed within ceiling voids, roof voids or under flooring to prevent the movement of smoke or flames through fire rated compartments. We offer several cavity fire barrier solutions each providing varying levels of fire protection to meet specific project specifications.

FIRE RATED ENCASEMENT

Boarded fire protection systems are available in non-decorative mineral fibre or decorative coated encasement solutions.  They can provide up to 240 minutes fire protection to structural steels. This is well suited where impact resistance is important.

FIRE RATED (INTUMESCENT) PAINTING

We offer fast, safe, cost effective and practical solutions for the protection of internal, semi – exposed and fully exposed building steel structures against fire through the application of fire rated painting solutions. By applying a variety of fire rated reactive coatings, commonly known as intumescent paints, we can fire protect the structural steels for up to 2 hours.
